Statewide workforce development system definition
Statewide workforce development system means a workforce development system, as defined in section 3 of the Workforce Innova- tion and Opportunity Act (29 U.S.C. 3102). The department is designa- ted as a Title IV core partner within the workforce development sys- tem, and has shared responsibilities in combined state planning, com- mon performance measures, and leveraging resources and services through the American job centers.
