Status review definition

Status review means a review of the functional and cognitive status of a client enrolled in the program based on a face-to-face interview in order to reevaluate the plan of care and program participation when the individual is not receiving ongoing monitoring by an access agency or services through any program component;

Examples of Status review in a sentence

  • The four semester (prior to Lecturer Status) review is summative.

  • A Core Status review committee will be responsible for monitoring the performance of the probationer until she or he is granted Core Status or until the probationary Core faculty appointment is non-renewed.

Related to Status review

  • Performance Review means a summative evaluation of a teacher other than a beginning teacher and used to determine whether the teacher’s practice meets school district expectations and the Iowa teaching standards, and to determine whether the teacher’s practice meets school district expectations for career advancement in accordance with Iowa Code section 284.7.

  • Utilization review organization means an entity that conducts utilization review, other than a health carrier performing a review for its own health benefit plans.
