Statutes of the University means administrative guidelines enacted by the Council in accordance with this Act to govern the internal operations of the University; and

  • All such rights, privileges and obligations claimed under such individual contracts of employment shall be enforceable only through the procedures set forth in this Agreement or in the Statutes of the University.

  • teachers of the University means Professors, Readers, Lecturers and such other persons as may be appointed for imparting instruction or conducting research in the University or in any College or Institution maintained by the University and are designated as teachers by the Ordinances;
