Statutory Agreement definition

Statutory Agreement means an agreement or undertaking entered into under section 18 of the Public Health Xxx 0000, section 52 of the Town and Country Xxxxxxxx Xxx 0000, section 33 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Xxx 0000, section 106 of the Town and Country Xxxxxxxx Xxx 0000, section 104 of the Water Industry Act 1991 and any other legislation (later or earlier) similar to these statutes;
Statutory Agreement means an agreement or undertaking entered into under section 18 of the Public Health Act 1936, section 52 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971, section 33 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, section 104 of the Water Industry Act 1991 and any other legislation (later or earlier) similar to these statutes;
Statutory Agreement means a Planning Obligation or Highways Agreement or any other agreement or enforceable obligation in respect of or affecting the Development (either in whole or part, whether or not affecting other property) pursuant to Section 98 and/or 104 of the Water Industry Act 1991 or any statutory provision to similar intent or any agreement with a water authority or other appropriate authority as to water supply or drainage of surface and/or foul water from the Development (in whole or part) or any agreement with any competent authority or body relating to other services or works which may properly be required in order to facilitate the Development.
