Statutory Cap definition

Statutory Cap means the maximum amount of sales and use tax exclusion the Authority may grant pursuant to Section 26011.8(h) of the Public Resources Code.
Statutory Cap has the meaning provided in Section 3.4(g).

  • Unencumbered Interest Coverage Ratio means the ratio of (a) the Unencumbered Adjusted NOI to (b) the Unsecured Interest Expense for the immediately preceding calendar quarter.

  • Federal poverty level means the poverty level as defined by the most recently revised poverty income guidelines published by the United States Department of Health and Human Services in the Federal Register.

  • Mandatory City Requirements means those City laws set forth in the San Francisco Municipal Code, including the duly authorized rules, regulations, and guidelines implementing such laws that impose specific duties and obligations upon Contractor.

  • Maximum Limit means that number of issued Shares representing 10% of the total number of issued Shares as at the date of the passing of this Resolution (excluding any Shares which are held as treasury shares as at that date); and

  • Section 162(m) of the Code means the exception for performance-based compensation under Section 162(m) of the Code and any applicable treasury regulations thereunder.

  • Threshold means with respect to Party B: infinity.
