STB Approval Date definition
STB Approval Date means the date on which the STB approves the acquisition of control of Conrail by the Borrower, without any terms or conditions not satisfactory to the Borrower.
STB Approval Date means the date of effectiveness of the order issued by the STB approving the acquisition of control of Conrail by the Borrower and CSX, without any terms or conditions not satisfactory to the Borrower or to CSX.
STB Approval Date means the date on which the STB's approval of the acquisition of control of Target by the Borrower, without any terms or conditions not satisfactory to the Borrower, becomes effective.
