STB Filings means any filing required by applicable Law to be made with the STB to perfect or otherwise register a security interest in or Lien on any railcar owned by any of the Loan Parties.

Examples of STB Filings in a sentence

  • Promptly following receipt of the acknowledgment copy of any financing statements filed under the Uniform Commercial Code in any jurisdiction by or on behalf of the Secured Parties or any STB Filings, deliver to the Administrative Agent completed requests for information listing such financing statement or STB Filing and all other effective financing statements and STB Filings filed in such jurisdiction that name any Loan Party as debtor, together with copies of such other financing statements.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, unless an Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, the Lender shall not request that the Loan Parties take any actions in connection with the making of STB Filings, the giving of notice, or taking other actions (other than the filing of UCC financing statements) in respect of any railcars owned by any of the Loan Parties.
