Tata Steel UK Limited ("Tata Steel", "we", "us", and "our") shall be entitled to change any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement or any policies or guidelines which govern the Site at any time and in our sole discretion.
Crown means the government of the United Kingdom (including the Northern Ireland Assembly and Executive Committee, the Scottish Executive and the National Assembly for Wales), including, but not limited to, government ministers and government departments and particular bodies, persons, commissions or agencies from time to time carrying out functions on its behalf;
Sales finance company means that term as defined in section 2 of the motor vehicle sales finance act, MCL 492.102.
Asset Management Company means an asset Management Company as defined in the Rules and Regulations.
Abbeyfield Home means an establishment run by the Abbeyfield Society including all bodies corporate or unincorporated which are affiliated to that society;
PTE means a prohibited transaction class exemption issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, as any such exemption may be amended from time to time.
