Stem Cell Technology definition

Stem Cell Technology means the current and future proprietary technology of Seller and its Affiliates based on the use of Seller's proprietary stem cells or proprietary progenitor cells and the cells derived from such stem cells or progenitor cells, for tissue regeneration or tissue replacement, or for diagnostic purposes.
