Step movement definition

Step movement means the movement of an Employee to the next step within the same pay range which rate immediately exceeds the Employee's basic rate of pay.

Examples of Step movement in a sentence

  • Any such Step advancement(s), under this Article shall be in addition to the employee’s normal Step movement, and shall adjust future Step dates accordingly.
