STIBOR Rate definition

STIBOR Rate means, in relation to any Loan in Swedish Kronor for any day, a rate per annum equal to the Stockholm Interbank Offered Rate or, if such rate is not available, a comparable or successor rate, which rate is reasonably selected by the Administrative Agent, as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time) at or about 11:00 a.m. (Stockholm, Sweden time) for an amount comparable to the amount of that Loan on such day for overnight deposits and, if any such applicable rate is below zero, the STIBOR Rate for such day will be deemed to be zero; provided, that, after the date hereof and to the extent a comparable or successor rate is reasonably selected by the Administrative Agent (as contemplated above), such selected rate shall be applied in a manner consistent with market practice; provided, further that to the extent such market practice is not administratively feasible for the Administrative Agent, such selected rate shall be applied in a manner as otherwise reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent.
STIBOR Rate means for any Loans in SEK, the STIBOR Screen Rate or the applicable Reference Bank Rate.
STIBOR Rate means, in relation to any Loan in Swedish Kronor for any day, a rate per annum equal to the Stockholm Interbank Offered Rate, as published on the applicable Reuters screen page (or if not available, such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time) for an amount comparable to the amount of that Loan on such day for overnight deposits and, if any such applicable rate is below zero, the STIBOR Rate for such day will be deemed to be zero.

More Definitions of STIBOR Rate

STIBOR Rate means, with respect to any Interest Period, the rate per annum equal to the Stockholm Interbank Offered Rate or a successor thereto approved by the Administrative Agent (“STIBOR”) as published by Reuters (or such other page or commercially available source providing STIBOR quotations as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time in its reasonable discretion) at or about 11:00 a.m. (Stockholm, Sweden time) on the day that is two Term Benchmark Banking Days for SEK prior to the first day of the Interest Period (or if such day is not a Term Benchmark Banking Days for SEK, then on the immediately preceding Term Benchmark Banking Days for SEK) with a term equivalent to such Interest Period (the “STIBOR Screen Rate”). If the STIBOR Rate shall be less than zero (0.00%), the STIBOR Rate shall be deemed to be zero (0.00% for purposes of this Agreement.
STIBOR Rate means, in the case of any Eurocurrency Borrowing denominated in SEK, with respect to any Interest Period, the Stockholm Interbank Offered Rate administered by the Swedish Bankers’ Association (or any other person that takes over administration of that rate) for deposits in Swedish Krona with a term equivalent to such Interest Period as displayed on such screen that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate as shall be selected by the Administrative Agent from time to time in its reasonable discretion (the “STIBOR Screen Rate) as of 11:00 a.m. London time two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period. If the STIBOR Rate shall be less than zero, the STIBOR Rate shall be deemed to be zero for purposes of this agreement.

  • LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, the rate appearing on Page 3750 of the Telerate Service (or on any successor or substitute page of such Service, or any successor to or substitute for such Service, providing rate quotations comparable to those currently provided on such page of such Service, as determined by the Administrative Agent from time to time for purposes of providing quotations of interest rates applicable to dollar deposits in the London interbank market) at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period, as the rate for dollar deposits with a maturity comparable to such Interest Period. In the event that such rate is not available at such time for any reason, then the "LIBO Rate" with respect to such Eurodollar Borrowing for such Interest Period shall be the rate at which dollar deposits of $5,000,000 and for a maturity comparable to such Interest Period are offered by the principal London office of the Administrative Agent in immediately available funds in the London interbank market at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period.

  • Eurodollar Rate with respect to each day during each Interest Period pertaining to a Eurodollar Loan, a rate per annum determined for such day in accordance with the following formula (rounded upward to the nearest 1/100th of 1%): Eurodollar Base Rate

  • Base Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum equal to the higher of (a) the Federal Funds Rate for such day plus one-half of one percent (0.5%) and (b) the Prime Rate for such day. Any change in the Base Rate due to a change in the Prime Rate or the Federal Funds Rate shall be effective on the effective date of such change in the Prime Rate or Federal Funds Rate.

  • Adjusted Eurodollar Rate means for any Interest Period with respect to any Eurodollar Loan, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1.00%) equal to (a) the Eurodollar Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserves.

  • Reference Rate means the rate specified as such hereon.

  • Index Rate means, for any day, a floating rate equal to the higher of (i) the rate publicly quoted from time to time by The Wall Street Journal as the "base rate on corporate loans posted by at least 75% of the nation's 30 largest banks" (or, if The Wall Street Journal ceases quoting a base rate of the type described, the highest per annum rate of interest published by the Federal Reserve Board in Federal Reserve statistical release H.15 (519) entitled "Selected Interest Rates" as the Bank prime loan rate or its equivalent), and (ii) the Federal Funds Rate plus 50 basis points per annum. Each change in any interest rate provided for in the Agreement based upon the Index Rate shall take effect at the time of such change in the Index Rate.

  • Eurocurrency Rate with respect to each day during each Interest Period pertaining to a Eurocurrency Loan, a rate per annum determined for such day in accordance with the following formula (rounded upward to the nearest 1/100th of 1%): Eurocurrency Base Rate

  • Adjusted Eurocurrency Rate means, for the Interest Period for any Eurocurrency Borrowing, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the Eurocurrency Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate for such Interest Period.

  • Repo Rate on any day means the highest interest rate available to a Lender from investment in overnight repurchase agreements.

  • LIBOR Index Rate means, for any Interest Period, the rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher one hundred-thousandth of a percentage point) for deposits in U.S. Dollars for a period equal to such Interest Period, which appears on the Telerate Page 3750 as of 11:00 a.m. (London, England time) on the day 2 Business Days before the commencement of such Interest Period.
