Still Images definition

Still Images means images relating to a Title contained in the following media or medium which Licensor possesses or creates during the Term hereof: negatives, prints, transparencies, slides, chromes, and digital images in any and all formats (including, without limitation, VHS, DVD and/or any other technical formats) and/or transfer protocols now known or hereafter created or discovered, depicting, or promoting a Title and any Persons appearing in a Title whether such images are actually depicted in a Title or created separately for the purposes of advertising and/or publicizing a Title.

Examples of Still Images in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing provisions contained in this Section 1 (including the definitions of all terms contained therein as set forth in Section 4), Newco hereby agrees that it will not directly or indirectly, enter into any agreement or other arrangement to acquire any licensing, distribution or transmission rights with respect to any Explicit Programming or Explicit Still Images for transmission during the Restricted Period via C-Band.

  • Accordingly, Licensor will have no claim against Licensee based solely upon a failure of Licensee to Exhibit, promote publicize, market or otherwise exploit the Titles or Still Images or any particular Title or Still Image.

  • The parties acknowledge and agree that the grant of Rights hereunder shall be subject to and limited by any preexisting license or similar right granted to any third party by any party from which Licenser acquired rights to the Tiltes, Versions or Still Images.

  • Spice hereby agrees that it will not directly or indirectly, enter into any agreement or other arrangement to acquire any licensing, distribution or transmission rights with respect to any Explicit Programming or Explicit Still Images (as such terms are defined in the Non-Competition Agreement between Playboy and Subco) for transmission during the Restricted Period (as defined in such Non-Competition Agreement) via C-Band.

  • You must submit exclusively to Getty Images any and all Still Images taken at a news, sport or entertainment event (an “Editorial Event”), whether captured with Getty Images’ knowledge or of your own volition, except if taken on assignment for a publisher or other entity where you retain no distribution rights.

  • Participant acknowledges that he or she has no claim of copyright in the Videos, Still Images, Voiceovers or Promotional Materials relating thereto.

  • The time within which Getty Images shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to accept or reject editorial Still Images and editorial Footage (excluding Still Images and Footage intended for archive Collections) shall be 72 hours.
