STOCK ADJUSTMENTS definition

STOCK ADJUSTMENTS means all substitutions and exchanges for and all distributions with respect to the Shares and rights related to the Shares, including but not limited to dividends (other than dividends paid in cash out of current profits of Secured Party), stock splits, adjustments, reclassifications, options and warrants.
