Stock Connect definition

Stock Connect means the securities trading and clearing linked programme with an aim to achieve mutual stock market access between mainland China and Hong Kong, comprising the Shanghai- Hong Kong Stock Connect and the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect.

Stock Connect means the Shanghai-HK Stock Connect and the Shenzhen-HK Stock Connect.

Stock Connect Rules means, in the context of Stock Connect, any laws, rules, regulations, policies, interpretations, guidelines, requirements or other regulatory documents promulgated, published or applied by any Stock Connect Authority in relation to the relevant market from time to time in respect of Stock Connect or any activities arising from Stock Connect.
