Stock Equivalent definition

Stock Equivalent means the right to receive payment from the Company based in whole or in part on the value of the Common Stock, payable in the form of cash, Common Stock or other securities of the Company, Awards or other property, and may include without limitation phantom stock, performance units, and Stock Appreciation Rights.
Stock Equivalent means all securities convertible into or exchangeable for Stock and all warrants, options or other rights to purchase or subscribe for any Stock, whether or not presently convertible, exchangeable or exercisable.
Stock Equivalent means any stock, warrants, rights, calls, options or other securities exchangeable or exercisable for, or convertible into, Stock, including, but not limited to, Options granted under the Plan.

Stock Equivalent means a measure of value equal to one share of the Company's common stock.
