  • The Stock Option Certificate shall specify whether the Option is an Incentive Stock Option or a Non-Qualified Stock Option, the number of shares of Common Stock subject to the Stock Option, the option price, the option term, and the other terms and conditions applicable to the Stock Option.

  • Any notice required to be given or delivered to Participant shall be in writing and addressed to participant at the address indicated in the Stock Option Certificate or to such other address as such party may designate in writing from time to time to the Company.

  • If said number of shares of Common Stock shall not be all the shares purchasable under the Certificate, then a new Common Stock Option Certificate for the balance remaining of the shares of Common Stock purchasable shall be issued to and registered in the name of the undersigned, and delivered to the undersigned at the address set forth above.

Related to Stock Option Certificate

  • Stock Option Agreement means the agreement between the Company and an Optionee that contains the terms, conditions and restrictions pertaining to the Optionee’s Option.
