Stock Option Certificate definition

Stock Option Certificate means a notice from the Corporation to a Participant evidencing the grant of Options and the terms and conditions thereof, as the Board may approve from time to time;
Stock Option Certificate means the certificate evidencing the award of an Option, substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto;
Stock Option Certificate is defined in Section 3.3.

  • If said number of shares of Common Stock shall not be all the shares purchasable under the Certificate, then a new Common Stock Option Certificate for the balance remaining of the shares of Common Stock purchasable shall be issued to and registered in the name of the undersigned, and delivered to the undersigned at the address set forth above.

  • Each Stock Option shall be evidenced by, and subject to the terms of, a Stock Option Certificate evidencing the Stock Option grant.
