Stock Plans definition
Stock Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(c).
Stock Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9(a).

Examples of Stock Plans in a sentence
As of the date of this Agreement, all issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock have been, and all shares of Common Stock that may be issued pursuant to the conversion, exercise or exchange of outstanding Securities or the exercise, vesting or settlement of any equity awards under any of the Stock Plans will be, when issued in accordance with the terms thereof, duly authorized, validly issued, fully paid and nonassessable and are subject to no preemptive or similar rights.
The Board of Directors of the Company or a duly authorized committee thereof shall adopt any resolutions and take any actions that are reasonably necessary to terminate the Stock Plans, effective as of, and contingent upon the occurrence of, the Effective Time.
More Definitions of Stock Plans
Stock Plans means any equity or equity-based incentive plan or arrangement of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, including the Company’s 2016 Equity Incentive Plan, Share Option Plan and Restricted Stock Unit Plan.
Stock Plans means the Interface, Inc. Omnibus Stock Incentive Plan, the Interface, Inc. Key Employee Stock Option Plan (1993), the Interface, Inc. Offshore Stock Option Plan, and the Interface Flooring Systems, Inc. Key Employee Stock Option Plan, together with any other incentive stock plans adopted by the Company during the term of this Agreement.
Stock Plans means the Stock Incentive Plan and the other option, stock purchase and/or dividend reinvestment plans of the Public REIT, General Partner or the Partnership that are in effect from time to time.
Stock Plans means all stock option plans and other stock or ----------- equity-related plans of the Company.
Stock Plans means the Company's 1996 Stock Incentive Plan, 1996 Broad-Based Employee Stock Plan and any other stock compensation plan applicable to the Executive, or any similar successor plan or arrangement.
