Stock Plans definition

Stock Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.7.
Stock Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9(a).
Stock Plans means any equity or equity-based incentive plan or arrangement of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, including the Company’s 2016 Equity Incentive Plan, Share Option Plan and Restricted Stock Unit Plan.

  • At the Effective Time, each outstanding restricted stock unit (a “Company RSU”) under the Stock Plans that is not a Specified Award shall automatically, and without any required action on the part of the holder thereof, cease to represent a restricted stock unit denominated in shares of Company Common Stock and shall be converted into a restricted stock unit denominated in shares of Parent Common Stock (a “Parent Stock-Based RSU”).

  • At the Effective Time, each outstanding performance stock unit (a “Company PSU”) under the Stock Plans that is not a Specified Award shall, automatically and without any required action on the part of the holder thereof, cease to represent a performance stock unit denominated in shares of Company Common Stock and shall be converted into a Parent Stock-Based RSU.

Stock Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(c).
Stock Plans means the Interface, Inc. Omnibus Stock Incentive Plan, the Interface, Inc. Key Employee Stock Option Plan (1993), the Interface, Inc. Offshore Stock Option Plan, and the Interface Flooring Systems, Inc. Key Employee Stock Option Plan, together with any other incentive stock plans adopted by the Company during the term of this Agreement.
Stock Plans means the Company's 1996 Stock Incentive Plan, 1996 Broad-Based Employee Stock Plan and any other stock compensation plan applicable to the Executive, or any similar successor plan or arrangement.
