Option Plans definition

Option Plans has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.5(b).
Option Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.8(a).
Option Plans means the Company’s stock option plans, incentive plans, equity participation plans, or other similar plans, and any stock option agreements or other equity award agreements used in connection therewith.
