Stock Price Performance definition

Stock Price Performance means the common stock price growth (or loss) for each entity in the Peer Group over the Performance Period, as measured for each entity by dividing (i) the difference between the entity’s Ending Share Price and Starting Share Price, by (ii) the entity’s Starting Share Price.
Stock Price Performance or “SPP” means, for each member of the Peer Group, the increase (or decrease) in value of one share of common stock of such member over the Performance Period, measured by dividing (i) the difference between the entity’s Ending Share Price and Starting Share Price, by (ii) the entity’s Starting Share Price.
Stock Price Performance shall be calculated as the percentage increase from the Company’s Beginning Stock Price to the Ending Stock Price, adjusted for dividends paid during the Performance Period (assuming such dividends are reinvested in the Company’s common stock on the dividend payment date).

More Definitions of Stock Price Performance

Stock Price Performance means a percentage increase in the value of the common stock of the Company or an Index Peer Company for a Measurement Period, determined by dividing: (a) the difference obtained by subtracting the Beginning Price from the Average Stock Price by (b) the Beginning Price.
Stock Price Performance means the result (positive or negative) of the following formula (expressed as a percentage): (A – B)/B, where “A” equals the Closing Stock Price and “B” equals the Opening Stock Price. For purposes of illustration only, if, for a Performance Sub-Period, the Opening Stock Price were $10.00 and the Closing Stock Price were $12.00, the Stock Price Performance would be 20% (or (12-10)/10)).

Performance Measures may vary from Performance Period to Performance Period and from Participant to Participant, and may be established on a stand-alone basis, in tandem or in the alternative.

  • human performance means human capabilities and limitations which have an impact on the safety and efficiency of aeronautical operations;

  • RTSR means the percentile rank of the Company’s Total Shareholder Return among the Total Shareholder Returns of all members of the Peer Group, ranked in descending order, at the end of the Performance Period.

  • Performance Percentage means the factor determined pursuant to a Performance Schedule that is to be applied to a Target Award and that reflects actual performance compared to the Performance Target.

  • Non-Performance Charge means the charge applicable to Capacity Performance Resources as defined in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 10A(e).

  • Award Value means the value, in dollars, of an award made to a Participant and as stated in the applicable Award Agreement, which is provided under the Plan in the form of PSUs or RSUs, as the case may be.
