Stock Price Performance definition

Stock Price Performance shall be calculated as the percentage increase from the Company’s Beginning Stock Price to the Ending Stock Price, adjusted for dividends paid during the Performance Period (assuming such dividends are reinvested in the Company’s common stock on the dividend payment date).
Stock Price Performance means the common stock price growth (or loss) for each entity in the Peer Group over the Performance Period, as measured for each entity by dividing (i) the difference between the entity’s Ending Share Price and Starting Share Price, by (ii) the entity’s Starting Share Price.
Stock Price Performance or “SPP” means, for each member of the Peer Group, the increase (or decrease) in value of one share of common stock of such member over the Performance Period, measured by dividing (i) the difference between the entity’s Ending Share Price and Starting Share Price, by (ii) the entity’s Starting Share Price.

Examples of Stock Price Performance in a sentence

  • If during any 20 consecutive trading day period throughout the Performance Period, the actual closing price on each of the 20 days reaches or exceeds $36.00 ($24.00 + $12.00), then the number of Achieved Stock Price Performance PCUs for the entire Performance Period would equal the Target Award (100.00% PM).

  • The number of Restricted Stock Units in which you may vest will depend upon the Company’s Stock Price Performance as compared to the XCMP Performance for the Performance Period and will be determined in accordance with the rules set forth in Appendix A.

  • The achievement of the Stock Price Performance Goal sets the minimum payout for the entire Performance Period equal to the Target Award.

  • The number of RSUs that would vest upon the Change in Control based on the level of achievement of the Relative Total Shareholder Return objective and/or the Absolute Stock Price Performance objective shall be reduced by the number of RSUs (if any) that previously vested during the Performance Period under the Absolute Stock Price Performance objective.

  • The Number of Restricted Stock Units that are Calculated RSUs will be determined in accordance with the Performance Matrix and Section 1 of this Appendix A, except that the Company’s Stock Price Performance shall be calculated based on the Fair Market Value of a Share on the date the Fundamental Transaction is consummated.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, there shall be no linear interpolation between the levels of achievement of Absolute Stock Price Performance.

  • In the event of a Change in Control, the Performance Period shall be deemed to end upon the closing of the Change in Control for purposes of determining the Company’s Stock Price Performance and the NASDAQ Telecom Stock Price Performance and the number of Restricted Stock Units that are Calculated RSUs otherwise will be determined in accordance with the Performance Matrix and Section 1 of this Appendix A.

  • Stock price will be measured using the VWAP during any 20 consecutive trading days during the Stock Price Performance Measurement Period.


More Definitions of Stock Price Performance

Stock Price Performance means the result (positive or negative) of the following formula (expressed as a percentage): (A – B)/B, where “A” equals the Closing Stock Price and “B” equals the Opening Stock Price. For purposes of illustration only, if, for a Performance Sub-Period, the Opening Stock Price were $10.00 and the Closing Stock Price were $12.00, the Stock Price Performance would be 20% (or (12-10)/10)).
Stock Price Performance means a percentage increase in the value of the common stock of the Company or an Index Peer Company for a Measurement Period, determined by dividing: (a) the difference obtained by subtracting the Beginning Price from the Average Stock Price by (b) the Beginning Price.
