Stock Redemption definition

Stock Redemption means the redemption, purchase, retirement or other acquisition by a Borrower of any stock of the Company or another Borrower.
Stock Redemption shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.07(c).
Stock Redemption means the stock redemption authorized by resolution of the shareholders of the Sales JV pursuant to which the Sales JV shall redeem all of the equity interests of the Sales JV held by Daikin, which shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D-1.

  • On the date of such redemption, provided that the Company shall then have paid or caused to be paid in full to the Depositary the redemption price per share of Stock to be redeemed, plus an amount equal to any accrued and unpaid dividends thereon to the date fixed for redemption, in accordance with and as required by the provisions of the Articles (the “Preferred Stock Redemption Price”), the Depositary shall redeem the number of Depositary Shares representing such Stock.

More Definitions of Stock Redemption

Stock Redemption means the purchase by Dominick's of the 8,600 shares of Dominick's Capital Stock not owned by the Company as of the date hereof, and the discharge and satisfaction by Dominick's of all rights of the holders of stock appreciation rights relating to Dominick's Capital Stock, all in accordance with the requirements of Section 5.10.
Stock Redemption. Price shall mean, at any date of determination, the sum of: (a) the "Liquidation Value" (as defined in Section 3.2(a) of the Certificate of Determination) at such date; plus (b) all accrued, but unpaid, dividends through and including such date; plus (c) if the redemption is being made on a Preferred Stock Early Redemption Date, then the Preferred Stock Early Redemption Premium required by Section 7.24.

  • Series A Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 16.6.

  • Term Redemption Date means, with respect to any Series, the date specified as the Term Redemption Date in the Appendix for such Series.

  • Optional Redemption Premium means, with respect to any Series, the premium (expressed as a percentage of the Liquidation Preference of the shares of such Series) payable by the Fund upon the redemption of MuniFund Term Preferred Shares of such Series at the option of the Fund, as set forth in the Appendix for such Series.
