Stock Repurchase Plan definition

Stock Repurchase Plan means a formalized share repurchase plan or program approved by the board of directors of the Company and providing for the repurchase of the Capital Stock of the Company from its shareholders (either directly or through open market purchases).
Stock Repurchase Plan means the stock repurchase plan of the Company implemented in April 1997 providing for the repurchase by the Company from time to time of up to 900,000 shares of its common stock.
Stock Repurchase Plan means a plan approved by the Board of Directors of the Borrower authorizing the appropriate officers of the Borrower to purchase shares of stock of the Borrower, from time to time, on the open market through negotiated purchases or otherwise.
