  • The right of a Designating Stockholder to designate a Director pursuant to this ‎Section 2.01 shall cease following the Large Stockholder Termination Date, the Joint Minority Designating Stockholder Termination Date or the date upon which SP no longer has the right to designate the Continuing Large Stockholder Director, as applicable.
