Storage Capacity Rating definition

Storage Capacity Rating means a rating of Storage Capacity established by testing of the Project, as provided in Exhibit C.
Storage Capacity Rating means the total capacity (in MW) of the Storage Facility as determined from time to time in accordance with Section 6.15.2.

Examples of Storage Capacity Rating in a sentence

  • To commence a Storage Capacity Rating test the Project must be charged to 100% Usable SOC.

  • If the Storage Capacity Rating is less than the Guaranteed Capacity, then Owner shall owe CHGE liquidated damages equal to: 2 Value subject to change based upon further wholesale market model revenue revisions.

  • All other costs of any Storage Capacity Test shall be borne by Seller (other than any third party costs incurred by Seller for any retest required by PacifiCorp, unless such retest shall result in the Storage Capacity Rating being reduced from the Storage Capacity Rating established by the immediately preceding Storage Capacity Test, in which case Seller shall be responsible for such costs).

  • The Facility, as reflected in the As-Built Supplement to be provided under this Section, may not: (a) have a Nameplate Capacity Rating that exceeds the Expected Nameplate Capacity Rating; (b) have a Storage Capacity Rating that is less than the applicable Expected Storage Requirement; or (c) result in the annual Expected Monthly Net Output, as calculated in Exhibit A, to increase by more than ten percent (10%).

  • Seller must provide notice to PacifiCorp stating when Seller believes that the Facility has achieved Commercial Operation in accordance with the requirements of the definition of Commercial Operation, which notice shall include the Nameplate Capacity Rating of the Generating Facility (which shall not be less than the Required Percentage of the Expected Nameplate Capacity Rating), the Storage Capacity Rating of the Storage Facility, and the documentation required in the definition of Commercial Operation.

  • Seller must promptly provide to PacifiCorp an oral report, via telephone to a number specified by PacifiCorp (or other method approved by PacifiCorp in writing), of any Forced Outage of the Facility resulting in more than ten percent (10%) of the Nameplate Capacity Rating of the Generating Facility or ten percent (10%) of the Storage Capacity Rating of the Storage Facility being unavailable.

  • If the actual capacity determined pursuant to a Storage Capacity Test is less than the then current Storage Capacity Rating, then the actual capacity determined pursuant to such Storage Capacity Test shall become the new Storage Capacity Rating at the beginning of the day following the completion of the test for all purposes under this Agreement until a new Storage Capacity Rating is determined pursuant to a subsequent Storage Capacity Test.

  • Storage Capacity Rating Test and Round-Trip Efficiency Test: STEP 1: Precharging Storage prior to Storage Capacity Rating Test.

  • Nameplate Capacity Rating means the maximum capacity of the Facility as stated by the manufacturer, expressed in kW, which shall not exceed 10,000 kW.

  • Storage Capacity means any combination of space, injectability and deliverability.

  • Mxxxx’x Rating means, with respect to a Reference Obligation, as of any date of determination:

  • Xxxxx’x Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by Xxxxx’x and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • Base Capacity Resource means a Capacity Resource as described in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.5A(b).

  • S&P Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by S&P and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • Threshold Rating means the short-term unsecured debt rating of P-1 by Moody's and A-1 by Standard & Poor's.

  • Potential electrical output capacity means, with regard to a unit, 33 per- cent of the maximum design heat input of the unit.

  • Excess capacity means volume or capacity in a duct, conduit, or support structure other than a utility pole or anchor which can be used, pursuant to the orders and regulations of the Commission, for a pole attachment.

  • Base Capacity Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and the clearing price for Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Maximum Capacity or ‘Pmax’ means the maximum continuous active power which a power-generating module can produce, less any demand associated solely with facilitating the operation of that power-generating module and not fed into the network as specified in the connection agreement or as agreed between the relevant system operator and the power-generating facility owner;

  • Available RP Capacity Amount means (i) the amount of Restricted Payments that may be made at the time of determination pursuant to Sections 7.06(d), (g), (h) and (l) minus (ii) the sum of the amount of the Available RP Capacity Amount utilized by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to (A) make Restricted Payments in reliance on Sections 7.06 (g), (h) or (l), (B) incur Liens pursuant to Section 7.01(bb), (C) make Investments pursuant to Section 7.02(n), (D) incur Indebtedness pursuant to Section 7.03(y) and (E) make prepayments, redemptions, purchases, defeasances and other payments in respect of Junior Financings prior to their scheduled maturity utilizing the Available RP Capacity Amount pursuant to Section 7.13 plus (iii) the aggregate principal amount of Indebtedness prepaid prior to or substantially concurrently at such time, solely to the extent such Indebtedness (A) was secured by Liens pursuant to Section 7.01(bb) or (B) was incurred pursuant to Section 7.03(y) and not secured pursuant to Section 7.01(bb) (it being understood that the amount under this clause (iii) shall only be available for use under Sections 7.01(bb) and/or 7.03(y), as applicable).

  • Nameplate Capacity means the maximum electrical generating output (in MWe) that a generator can sustain over a specified period of time when not restricted by seasonal or other deratings as measured in accordance with the United States Department of Energy standards.

  • Gross vehicle weight rating means the weight specified by the manufacturer as the loaded weight of a single vehicle.

  • Generation Capacity Resource shall have the meaning specified in the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

  • Idle capacity means the unused capacity of partially used facilities. It is the difference between: (a) that which a facility could achieve under 100 percent operating time on a one-shift basis less operating interruptions resulting from time lost for repairs, setups, unsatisfactory materials, and other normal delays; and (b) the extent to which the facility was actually used to meet demands during the accounting period. A multi-shift basis should be used if it can be shown that this amount of usage would normally be expected for the type of facility involved.

  • Highest Rating Category means, with respect to a Permitted Investment, that the Permitted Investment is rated by S&P or Moody’s in the highest rating category given by that rating agency for that general category of security. By way of example, the Highest Rating Category for tax exempt municipal debt established by S&P is “A 1+” for debt with a term of one year or less and “AAA” for a term greater than one year, with corresponding ratings by Moody’s of “MIG 1” (for fixed rate) or “VMIG 1” (for variable rate) for three months or less and “Aaa” for greater than three months. If at any time (i) both S&P and Moody’s rate a Permitted Investment and (ii) one of those ratings is below the Highest Rating Category, then such Permitted Investment will, nevertheless, be deemed to be rated in the Highest Rating Category if the lower rating is no more than one rating category below the highest rating category of that rating agency. For example, a Permitted Investment rated “AAA” by S&P and “Aa3” by Moody’s is rated in the Highest Rating Category. If, however, the lower rating is more than one full rating category below the Highest Rating Category of that Rating Agency, then the Permitted Investment will be deemed to be rated below the Highest Rating Category. For example, a Permitted Investment rated “AAA” by S&P and “A1” by Moody’s is not rated in the Highest Rating Category.

  • Nominal Rated Capability means the nominal maximum rated capability in megawatts of a Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility or the nominal increase in transmission capability in megawatts of the Transmission System resulting from the interconnection or addition of a Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility, as determined in accordance with pertinent Applicable Standards and specified in the Interconnection Service Agreement.

  • Moody’s Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by Moody's and xxxx xx effect with respect to the Borrower's senior unsexxxxx xong-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • Applicable Rating Level at any time and for any Borrower shall be determined in accordance with the then-applicable S&P Rating and the then-applicable Xxxxx’x Rating for such Borrower as follows: S&P Rating A or higher or Xxxxx’x Rating A2 or higher 1 S&P Rating A- or higher or Xxxxx’x Rating A3 or higher 2 S&P Rating BBB+ or Xxxxx’x Rating Baa1 3 S&P Rating BBB or Xxxxx’x Rating Baa2 4 S&P Rating BBB- or Xxxxx’x Rating Baa3 5 S&P Rating BB+ or below or Xxxxx’x Rating Ba1 or below, or no S&P Rating or Xxxxx’x Rating 6 The Applicable Rating Level for any Borrower and for any day shall be determined based upon the higher of the S&P Rating and the Xxxxx’x Rating for such Borrower in effect on such day. If the S&P Rating and the Xxxxx’x Rating are not the same (i.e., a “split rating”), the higher of such ratings shall control, unless (i) the ratings differ by more than one level, in which case the rating one level below the higher of the two ratings shall control, or (ii) either rating is below BBB- or Baa3 (as applicable), in which case the lower of the two ratings shall control.

  • Rated Capacity means the Average Daily Flow for which the Works are approved to handle;

  • Applicable Rating means the rating assigned to each Class of the Series 2016-T1 Notes by the Note Rating Agency, upon the issuance of such Class as set forth below:

  • Contract Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(f).

  • Available Capacity means the capacity from the Project, expressed in whole megawatts, that is available to generate Product. [For As-Available Product facilities only]

  • Interruptible Capacity means capacity that may be interrupted by the Operator at any time in order to fulfil shippers’ nominations under a firm capacity reservation.

  • Base Capacity Demand Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Demand Resources and Base Capacity Energy Efficiency Resources and the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Base Capacity Resources or Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Demand Resource Constraint is binding.
