Storage Capacity Rating definition

Storage Capacity Rating means a rating of Storage Capacity established by testing of the Project, as provided in Exhibit C.
Storage Capacity Rating means the total capacity (in MW) of the Storage Facility as determined from time to time in accordance with Section 6.15.2.

Examples of Storage Capacity Rating in a sentence

  • To commence a Storage Capacity Rating test the Project must be charged to 100% Usable SOC.

  • If the Storage Capacity Rating is less than the Guaranteed Capacity, then Owner shall owe CHGE liquidated damages equal to: 2 Value subject to change based upon further wholesale market model revenue revisions.

  • Storage Rating Test Sequencing: Storage Capacity Rating Test and Round-Trip Efficiency Test: STEP 1: Precharging Storage prior to Storage Capacity Rating Test.

  • The Facility, as reflected in the As-Built Supplement to be provided under this Section, may not: (a) have a Nameplate Capacity Rating that exceeds the Expected Nameplate Capacity Rating; (b) have a Storage Capacity Rating that is less than the applicable Expected Storage Requirement; or (c) result in the annual Expected Monthly Net Output, as calculated in Exhibit A, to increase by more than ten percent (10%).

  • For the period beginning on the Commercial Operation Date and thereafter during the Term, PacifiCorp will pay to Seller: (a) the Contract Price per MWh of Net Output delivered at the Point of Delivery and the Storage Facility Metering Point; (b) the Compensable Curtailment Price per MWh of Compensable Curtailment Energy; and (c) the Storage Price per MW of the Storage Capacity Rating.

  • Seller must provide notice to PacifiCorp stating when Seller believes that the Facility has achieved Commercial Operation in accordance with the requirements of the definition of Commercial Operation, which notice shall include the Nameplate Capacity Rating of the Generating Facility (which shall not be less than the Required Percentage of the Expected Nameplate Capacity Rating), the Storage Capacity Rating of the Storage Facility, and the documentation required in the definition of Commercial Operation.

  • Seller must promptly provide to PacifiCorp an oral report, via telephone to a number specified by PacifiCorp (or other method approved by PacifiCorp in writing), of any Forced Outage of the Facility resulting in more than ten percent (10%) of the Nameplate Capacity Rating of the Generating Facility or ten percent (10%) of the Storage Capacity Rating of the Storage Facility being unavailable.

  • Storage Capacity Rating Test and Round-Trip Efficiency Test: STEP 1: Precharging Storage prior to Storage Capacity Rating Test.

  • If on or after the Commercial Operation Date Seller fails to satisfy the Credit Requirements, then within 10 Business Days after the earlier of Seller’s receipt of notice from (a) any source that Seller no longer satisfies the Credit Requirements or (b) PacifiCorp requesting the posting of Default Security, Seller must provide to PacifiCorp and maintain in accordance with the BSA, a Guaranty or a Letter of Credit in an amount equal to [__________] per kW of the Storage Capacity Rating (“Default Security”).

Related to Storage Capacity Rating

  • Storage Capacity means any combination of space, injectability and deliverability.

  • Nameplate capacity means the maximum electrical generating output (in MWe) that a generator can sustain over a specified period of time when not restricted by seasonal or other deratings as measured in accordance with the United States Department of Energy standards.

  • Contract Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(f).

  • Available Capacity means the capacity from the Project, expressed in whole megawatts, that is available to generate Product. [For As-Available Product facilities only]
