Store Fee definition

Store Fee means the percentage of Net Receipts for an App or In-App Product which is retained by Microsoft as a fee for making the App or In -App Product available in the Store and providing the services set out in this Agreement other than those covered by the Account Fee or any other separately identified fee.

Examples of Store Fee in a sentence

  • Albertson’s will pay a weekly fixed store fee and a weekly variable store fee based on an Annual Per Store Fee (defined below) for operating grocery stores receiving Services under this Services Agreement.

Related to Store Fee

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.

  • Contract Fee means the lump sum rates as outlined in Schedule ‘B’ – Quote Form.

  • Upfront Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.07 hereof.

  • Rental Fee A fee charged by the Contractor for the rental of a compactor or roll-off container.

  • Entrance fee means money paid in a lump sum or installments or property transferred pursuant to a continuing care agreement before initiation of continuing care for 1 or more individuals and that confers the right to the continuing care.

  • Franchise Fee means a direct or indirect payment to purchase or operate a franchise. Franchise fee does not include any of the following:

  • Impact fee means a payment of money imposed under Title 11, Chapter 36a, Impact Fees Act.

  • Maintenance Fee The Maintenance Fee (see Contract Schedule I) will be deducted during the Accumulation Period from the Current Value on each anniversary of the date the Account is established and upon surrender of the entire Account.

  • Renewal Fee means the fee that Borrower must pay Coast upon renewal of this Agreement pursuant to Section 9.1 hereof, in the amount set forth on the Schedule.

  • L/C Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(i).

  • Access Fee means a fee prescribed for the purposes of section 22(6) or 54(6), as the case may be;

  • Pupil fee means a fee, deposit or other charge imposed on pupils, or a pupil’s parents or guardians, in violation of Section 49011 of the Education Code and Section 5 of Article IX of the California Constitution, which require educational activities to be provided free of charge to all pupils without regard to their families’ ability or willingness to pay fees or request special waivers, as provided for in Hartzell v. Connell (1984) 35 Cal.3d 899. A pupil fee includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:

  • Licence Fee : means the fee prescribed by the JCRA under Article 17 of the Telecommunications (Jersey) Law and payable by the Licensee;

  • Developer Fee means the fee earned by the Developer.
