Examples of Store Leases in a sentence
If at any time in the one-year period following the Effective Time, the Buyer or any of its Affiliates receives a refund amount or a reduction in an amount payable from a vendor that relates to a contractual overpayment under any of the Assigned Contracts, Store Leases or Ground Leases by the Sellers or their Affiliates prior to the Effective Time, the Buyer shall promptly pay to New Diamond an amount equal to the amount of such refund or reduction.
The leases for the Existing Stores are referred to as the "Existing Store Leases", and the leases being negotiated for the Future Stores (so long as they are not fully executed by the parties thereto) are referred to as the "Future Store Leases".
