Should VONS for any reason reduce the daily hours of operation of any Store or Stores to less than twenty-four (24), then the License Fee for any such Store or Stores shall be reduced by RCT until such time as VONS should decide to increase such hours of operation.

The term "Employer" as used in this agreement shall refer or relate to the Retail Store or Stores of the party of the second part in the City of Belleville, Illinois.
If any Store is damaged, destroyed, or taken by condemnation to such an extent that substantial operation of the Store cannot continue, at Purchaser’s option, such Store (or Stores) shall be removed from this Agreement, and the Purchase Price reduced in accordance with Schedule 2.8 and Seller shall receive all insurance proceeds or condemnation proceeds for such Store(s).
