Stored Equipment definition

Stored Equipment. Unless by prior arrangement, all equipment and other property must be removed at the end of the hiring period. The Hall Management Committee accepts no responsibility for any stored equipment or other property brought onto or left at the premises and all liability for loss and damage is hereby excluded.
Stored EquipmentStorage of items must have prior agreement from the Trustees and must be stored in a secure container clearly marked. Food and perishable items must NOT be stored in the NK Community Hub. NK Community Hub and its Trustees accept no responsibility for any stored equipment or other property brought into or left at the NK Community Hub and all liability for loss or damage is hereby excluded. Furniture and Equipment The Hirer must return all furniture and equipment to the location in which it was found at the start of the hire period. The Trustees organise the NK Community Hub for the convenience and safety of all users and whilst the Hirer may make use of the facilities and equipment as reasonably required everything must be securely and safely re-instated to its original location before leaving the NK Community Hub. Animals The Hirer shall ensure that no animals except assistance dogs are brought into the NK Community Hub.
Stored Equipment. [For long-term users of the hall only]. A full inventory must be supplied. Insurance of such items must be undertaken, if required, by the hirer.

Examples of Stored Equipment in a sentence

  • Equipment may only be stored on the Premises with the express permission of the COMMITTEE (the Stored Equipment), and storage fees may be charged at a rate agreed in advance with the HIRER.

  • Insurance must be carried on the Stored Equipment in compliance with requirements outlined in the Storage Policy.

  • Society shall store the Stored Equipment indentified below upon its property for the Equipment Owner under terms of the Society’s Private Equipment Storage Policy.

  • Equipment Owner warrants that they own, lease, or otherwise have full legal authority over the the Stored Equipment, and that if the Stored Equipment is subject to any liens and encumbrances, Equipment Owner agrees to comply with the requirements regarding notification of such liens and encumbrances as further outlined in the Policy.

  • SignalShare Infrastructure shall not borrow against, encumber, pledge, hypothecate or assign any rights or interests in or to any of the Remaining Purchased Equipment or any of the Remaining Stored Equipment without TIG’s express written consent unless and until the full Settlement Amount described in paragraph 3 of this Settlement Agreement plus interest is paid to TIG.

  • Prior to TIG’s release of any items of the Remaining Purchased Equipment or the Remaining Stored Equipment to SignalShare Hospitality as provided in paragraph 2(c)(ii) of this Settlement Agreement, SignalShare Hospitality shall assign to TIG the right to collect directly from the buyer of that equipment the receivable created by SignalShare Hospitality’s sale of items of the Remaining Purchased Equipment and Remaining Stored Equipment (the “Receivables”).

  • All of the Remaining Purchased Equipment described in Exhibit “A” hereto (unless sold to a third party pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 3 of this Settlement Agreement) and all of the Remaining Stored Equipment shall be retrieved and paid for by SignalShare Hospitality within one (1) year of the closing of the Merger Transaction.

  • If SignalShare Infrastructure requests that items of the Remaining Purchased Equipment and/or Remaining Stored Equipment be released to it without an identified buyer for that equipment, SignalShare Infrastructure shall pay TIG the amount reflected on Exhibit “A” and/or Exhibit “B” for that equipment upon delivery (COD).

  • Once TIG is paid the full Settlement Amount and interest, any of the Remaining Purchased Equipment and/or Remaining Stored Equipment still in the possession of TIG will be released to and retrieved by SignalShare Infrastructure within thirty (30) days.

  • Once TIG is paid the full Settlement Amount and interest, any of the Remaining Purchased Equipment and/or Remaining Stored Equipment still in the possession of TIG will be released to and retrieved by SignalShare Hospitality within thirty (30) days.

Related to Stored Equipment

  • Covered Equipment means, unless otherwise specified in a Schedule, Covered Property:

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Leased Equipment means the computers, servers, machinery and equipment and other tangible personal property leased by Seller for use in the operation or conduct of the Business.

  • Excluded Equipment means (i) defibrillators, enhanced emergency medical kits and other medical equipment, (ii) airphones and other components or systems installed on or affixed to the Airframe that are used to provide individual telecommunications or electronic entertainment to passengers aboard the Aircraft, (iii) galley carts, beverage carts, waste containers, liquor kits, food tray carriers, ice containers, oven inserts, galley inserts, and other branded passenger convenience or service items, (iv) any items, equipment or systems leased by Company or any Permitted Lessee (other than items, equipment, or systems that are leased from Company pursuant to the applicable Lease) or owned by Company or any Permitted Lessee subject to a conditional sales agreement or a security interest (other than the security interest granted under the Indenture), and (v) cargo containers.

  • Designated Equipment means any equipment designated in the SLA, upon which the Licensed System may be used; Documentation means operating manuals and other printed materials which assist the Customer to use the Licensed System including any technical and user software material as published by Pentana Solutions; Escalation Request is as set out in the SLA;

  • Farm equipment means equipment used directly for farming

  • Purchased Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, sold by BT to the Customer.

  • Fixtures and Equipment means, with respect to any Person, all of the furniture, fixtures, furnishings, machinery and equipment owned or leased by such Person and located in, at or upon the Assets of such Person.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • School equipment means a durable school-owned machine, equipment, or tool used by a student as part of an activity, course, or program in a secondary school and includes a saw or 3D printer. “School equipment” includes a saw or 3D printer.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Specified Equipment means the railway vehicles which the Train Operator is entitled to use in the provision of Services on the Network, as specified in paragraph 4 of Schedule 5;

  • Control equipment means equipment necessary for the setting and/or unsetting of an immobilizer.

  • Associated equipment means equipment that is used in conjunction with a radiographic exposure device to make radiographic exposures that drives, guides, or comes in contact with the source, e.g., guide tube, control tube, control (drive) cable, removable source stop, “J” tube and collimator when it is used as an exposure head.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Metering Equipment means all metering equipment installed at the metering points designated in the appropriate appendix to an Interconnection Service Agreement.

  • BT Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, owned by or licensed to BT Group that is located at a Site for the provision of a Service.

  • Rental Equipment means the equipment identified on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule or otherwise notified to you in writing that we will rent to you as part of our provision of the Services and which you will return to us after expiry or termination of the Agreement, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Systems and Equipment means any plant (including any central plant), machinery, transformers, duct work, cable, wires, and other equipment, facilities, and systems designed to supply heat, ventilation, air conditioning and humidity or any other services or utilities, or comprising or serving as any component or portion of the electrical, gas, steam, plumbing, sprinkler, communications, alarm, lab, security, or fire/life safety systems or equipment, or any other mechanical, electrical, electronic, computer or other systems or equipment which serve the Building and/or any other building in the Project in whole or in part.
