Stormwater management utility definition
Stormwater management utility or “Utility” means the enterprise fund created by this section to operate, maintain and improve the Town's Stormwater Management System.
Stormwater management utility or “utility” means the system of stormwater utility fees and the enterprise fund created by this article to maintain and operate the town’s stormwater management system.
