Strategic Relationship definition

Strategic Relationship has the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.07(b).
Strategic Relationship has the meaning given to such term in the recitals hereto; “Subsequent Offering” has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.1(a);
Strategic Relationship means a relationship between the Corporation and an independent third party, which in the sole discretion of the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation or the Board, creates a signficant market advantage for the Corporation.

More Definitions of Strategic Relationship

Strategic Relationship means a partner and a business relationship, respectively, where Lycos and a third party enter into a transaction which is comprised of more than the sale of media units and relates to products, services, and/or content to be displayed, offered, or otherwise provided on or through the Web Sites, or which supports the operation of the Web Sites or Lycos’ business.
Strategic Relationship has the meaning set forth in Section 5.6.
Strategic Relationship is any agreement or series of agreements that involve (A) at least a marketing/OEM relationship, (B) a joint collaboration on any product development and/or engineering, and (C) an equity investment made at the time the agreement or agreements are entered into.

  • Intimate relationship means a relationship between spouses, former spouses, past or present unmarried couples, or persons who are both the parents of the same child regardless of whether the persons have been married or have lived together at any time.

  • Solicitation of a romantic relationship means deliberate or repeated acts that can be reasonably interpreted as the solicitation by an educator of a relationship with a student that is romantic in nature.   • Service Relationship means any relationship as a full-time employee, part-time employee, director or other key person (including Consultants) of the Company or any Subsidiary or any successor entity (e.g., a Service Relationship shall be deemed to continue without interruption in the event an individual’s status changes from full-time employee to part-time employee or Consultant).

  • Substantial governmental relationship means the extent of a governmental relationship necessary under Ohio law to make an added guarantee contract issued incident to that relationship valid and enforceable. A guarantee contract is issued "incident to that relationship" if it arises from a clear commonality of interest in the event of an UST release such as conterminous boundaries, overlapping constituencies, common groundwater aquifer, or other relationship other than monetary compensation that provides a motivation for the guarantor to provide a guarantee.

  • Change in Management will occur if more than 50% of the Leadership Team is terminated and/or resigns within 12 months after the date of the occurrence of a Change of Control; provided, in each case, that termination and/or resignation of such officer will not include (i) a change in such officer’s status in the ordinary course of succession so long as such officer remains affiliated with the Manager or its Subsidiaries as an officer or director, or in a similar capacity, (ii) retirement of any officer or (iii) death or incapacitation of any officer.
