Strategy-Composition definition

Strategy-Composition means the specific applicable composition, structure and weighting of the Strategy-Constituents of an AMC, created, maintained and/or adjusted by the Strategy- Manager.
Strategy-Composition means the respective shares of the Investment Component and the Cash Component in the Net Asset Value of the Reference Portfolio. The Calculation and Paying Agent shall calculate the actual Strategy Composition on each Calculation Day using the latest data provided by the Reference Fund prior to the relevant Calculation Day.

  • The Calculation and Paying Agent calculates the Strategy in compliance with the Strategy Description on the basis of the Strategy Composition and the provisions relating to the calculation of the Strategy.

  • If, in the reasonable discretion of the Strategy Sponsor, regulatory, statutory, economic, tax or other relevant circumstances would require an adjustment of the Strategy Composition in order to pursue the Objective of the Strategy, the Strategy Sponsor may, in its reasonable discretion, adjust the Strategy Composition.

  • The Reference Portfolio (and thus also the Strategy) replicates the investment of the Company in the Reference Fund in accordance with the Strategy Composition (as defined below) (the Objective of the Strategy).

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Clinical means having a significant relationship, whether real or potential, direct or indirect, to the actual rendering or outcome of dental care, the practice of dentistry, or the quality of dental care being rendered to a patient;

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.

  • Cephalometric device means a device intended for the radiographic visualization and measurement of the dimensions of the human head.

  • Manufacturing means all activities related to the manufacture of a Compound, including planning, purchasing, manufacture, processing, compounding, storage, filling, packaging, waste disposal, labeling, leafleting, testing, quality assurance, sample retention, stability testing, release, dispatch and supply, as applicable.

  • Development Candidate means a Compound that meets the Development Candidate Criteria for the initiation of a Development Program for the treatment of CF, and which is the subject of a notice from Vertex to CFFT that Vertex intends to commence formal pre-clinical development of the Compound in the Field pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.1 hereof.
