Strategy Sponsor definition

Strategy Sponsor means Goldman, Sachs & Co. (or successor thereto). Sub-Index First" means the Component as set out in the column entitled “Component” in the Commodity Basket Table corresponding to the number 7 as set out in the column entitled “n” of the same table.
