Street Lighting Service definition

Street Lighting Service means lighting service supplied by Tacoma Power, where Tacoma Power owns the streetlight fixtures and provides power to the Service Point during the duration of the service.

Street Lighting Service refers to the illumination of streets and other Town property by means of United Power-owned non-ornamental street lights and United Power-owned ornamental street lights located in the Town or along the streets adjacent to the Town limits thereof, supplied from United Power’s overhead or underground electric distribution system.

Examples of Street Lighting Service in a sentence

  • In order to assure certainty and uniformity of conditions, Company will only supply street lighting service under its uniform Service Agreement, consisting of (1) the Application for Street Lighting Service, (2) the applicable Schedule, and (3) the Street Lighting Service Regulations.

  • In case of conflict between any provision of a street lighting schedule and these Street Lighting Service Regulations, the provisions of the street lighting schedule shall prevail.
