Structured Loan Agreement - FSF means the Amended and Restated Loan and Servicing Agreement, dated as of November 5, 2010, among Fifth Street Funding, LLC, the Borrower, each of the conduit lenders and institutional lenders from time to time party thereto, ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Securities, LLC, as administrative agent, and the other parties thereto.
