Student Complaint definition

Student Complaint means an expression of dissatisfaction by one or more Student about the standard of service, action or lack of action by or on behalf of a CPU or GLOCAL Consortium, and may relate to: a) The quality and standard of teaching and support, facilities or learning resources; b) Attitude, treatment or inappropriate behaviour of a staff member or contractor; c) Administrative processes; d) Dissatisfaction with a CPU or GLOCAL Consortium policy, although it is recognised that policy is set at the discretion of the CPU or GLOCAL Consortium.
