Student Film definition

Student Film means a film where the Producer is a student enrolled in an accredited educational institution and who is enrolled in a filmmaking or television class at such accredited educational institution, either on the undergraduate or graduate level and where the primary purpose of such film is a learning experience in which the Producer fulfills whatever educational requirements such project is produced for. The Producer and/or corresponding educational institution must own the film, which may only be used for non-profit purposes.
Student Film means any activity undertaken as part of a bona fide educational curriculum where the photographer sets up stationary equipment on public or private property or the public right-of-way in any one location for longer than five consecutive minutes, with evidence of enrollment status of the permittee and insurance provided by the school or program for the subject permit.

  • Student Data means personally identifiable information, as defined in Section 2-d, from student records that Vendor may receive from the District pursuant to the Master Agreement.
