Student Guild definition

Student Guild means the Edith Cowan University Student Guild referred to in section 41;
Student Guild means the Student Guild incorporated under section 44;
Student Guild means the University of Southern Queensland Student Guild.

Any such designation by the Board of Directors of the Borrower shall be evidenced to the Agent (for distribution to the Lenders) by filing with the Agent a certified copy of the Board Resolution of the Borrower giving effect to such designation and an Officers’ Certificate certifying that such designation complied with the foregoing conditions.

  • Public School Student Accessing Courses at a Distance means a student who is scheduled for a full course load through the District and attends all classes virtually.

  • Securitization Property means the property described in section 10j.

  • Countrywide Servicing Agreement Solely with respect to the Countrywide Mortgage Loans, the Mortgage Loan Purchase and Servicing Agreement, dated as of November 1, 2001, between the Transferor, as purchaser, and Countrywide, as seller and as servicer (as successor to Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. by an assignment dated January 1, 2001, as the same may be amended or supplemented), as the same may be amended from time to time, and any assignments and conveyances related to the Countrywide Mortgage Loans.
