Student Materials definition

Student Materials means any materials produced by student representative departments, volunteering programs, or other parties where UMSU is the publishing organisation and the Published materials have been wholly created by Students, or by student representative departments with the assistance of staff.
Student Materials refers to the materials provided by Oracle under this Agreement for use by Students in conjunction with the applicable Class. • “Training” refers to a remote or in-person training event delivered by Oracle or an authorized Oracle Academy partner to Your Instructors covering the use of the Programs, Benefits, and Materials.

  • Proprietary Materials means tangible chemical, biological or physical materials that are furnished by or on behalf of one Party to the other Party in connection with this Agreement, whether or not specifically designated as proprietary by the transferring Party.

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Project Materials means any and all works of authorship, artistic, literary and other works, inventions and materials designed, created, developed, written or prepared by the Supplier (or the Supplier's Personnel) in the course of providing the Services, whether individually, collectively or jointly with the Purchaser and on whatever media;

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials.   • SAP Materials means any materials (including statistical reports) provided, developed or made available by SAP (independently or with Customer’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Professional Services to Customer. SAP Materials do not include the Customer Data, Customer Confidential Information or the Cloud Service. SAP Materials may also be referred to in the Agreement as “Cloud Materials”.

  • Direct materials means those materials that enter directly into the end product, or that are used or consumed directly in connection with the furnishing of the end product or service.

  • Standard Materials means all Materials not specified as Custom Materials.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.
