Student occupied definition

Student occupied means the condition of a school building or grounds during regular school hours on a school day and shall also include one (1) hour before the beginning of the school day and one (1) hour following the end of the school day. For example, if a school day is from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., the school building or grounds is student occupied from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

  • After the fifth class day and before the University offers Student permanent space, Student may cancel the Contract upon written notice and payment of the prorated amount under the Contract for the number of days that Student occupied the supplemental space.

  • Premises means the location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.

  • School premises means either of the following:

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Leash means attaches the bird to the perch or falconer's glove.

  • the Premises means the building or part of the building booked and referred to in the contract

  • Own Occupation means your occupation that you were performing when your Disability or Partial Disability began. For the purposes of determining Disability under this plan, Liberty will consider your occupation as it is normally performed in the national economy.

  • communal land means land under the jurisdiction of a traditional council determined in terms of section 6 of the Eastern Cape Traditional Leadership and Governance Act, (Act 4 of 2005) and which was at any time vested in -

  • Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).

  • Leased Premises means the Leased Premises as defined in Paragraph 1.

  • School building means any building in which any of the instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by a school is conducted, whether or not any instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by the school is being conducted in the school building at the time a criminal offense is committed.

  • Passenger area means the area designed to seat the driver and passengers while a motor vehicle is in operation and any area that is readily accessible to the driver or a passenger while in his or her seating position, including but not limited to any type of glove or storage compartment accessible to passengers or driver.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.
