Student Personal Data definition

Student Personal Data means Personal Data (or any part of such Personal Data) which is: (a) transmitted by or on behalf of University to, or is otherwise Processed by, the Provider under this Agreement (and whether relating to the University or a third party); or (b) generated under this Agreement;
Student Personal Data means: (1) Personal Information, as defined in the DPA, about a student attending or seeking to enroll in a school or university; (2) personally identifiable information of a student or child as defined in applicable federal or state law, such as the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, 20 U.S.C. 1232g (34 C.F.R. Part 99), and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, 15 U.S.C. 6501-6502 (16 C.F.R. Part 312); and (3) student information as defined in state education laws that may apply, such as N.Y. Educ. Law §§ 2-c & 2-d, and any implementing regulations.
Student Personal Data means any “Personal Data” (as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998) which relates to the Student.

More Definitions of Student Personal Data

Student Personal Data means Personal Data that Institution uploads or otherwise provides Handshake in connection with its use of the Handshakes Services and which the Institution has identified or tagged as related to an EU data subject. “Student Personal Data” does not include “Claimed Account Data.”

Related to Student Personal Data

  • Client Personal Data means any personal data provided to us by you, or on your behalf, for the purpose of providing our services to you, pursuant to our engagement letter with you;

  • Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.

  • Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010. For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.

  • Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;

  • Relevant Personal Data means Personal Data in respect of which we are the Controller.

  • Educational data means data maintained by the school district which relates to a student.

  • Authority Personal Data means any Personal Data supplied for the purposes of or in connection with this Framework Agreement by the Authority to the Supplier;
