Student Rights means the provisions of clauses 4.6, 5, 8.3, 8.4, 8.5, 11.2 - 11.6 and 12.1 insofar as they do or may benefit the Student. All sums are exclusive of VAT which shall be payable in addition where appropriate at the rate prevailing at the relevant tax point. In this Agreement a reference to one gender shall include the other gender and neuter gender and vice versa.

Examples of Student Rights in a sentence

  • The serving of food and alcoholic beverages on university property and/or in conjunction with university functions is also limited by other university policies including financial policies, environmental health and safety policies, and the Code of Student Rights, Responsibilities and Conduct.

  • Student agrees to abide by the laws of the State of Missouri; the ordinances of the City of Springfield; and the policies of Missouri State University including, but not limited to, Missouri State University Code of Student Rights and Responsibilities.

Related to Student Rights

  • Development rights means any right or combination of rights reserved by a declarant in the declaration to:

  • Company Technology means all Technology used in or necessary for the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or owned or held for use by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Purchased Intellectual Property has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2(g).
