Student status definition

It shall be unlawful for any person to discriminate:(1) by refusing to sell, lease, finance or contract to construct housing or by refusing to discuss the terms thereof;(2) by refusing to permit or to falsely represent that a dwelling is not available for inspection or exacting different or more stringent price, terms or conditions for the sale, lease, financing or rental of housing;(3) by refusing to finance or sell an unimproved residential lot or to construct a home or residence upon such a lot;(4) by publishing, circulating, issuing or displaying, or causing to be published, circulated, issued or displayed, any communication, notice, advertisement or sign in connection with the sale, financing, lease or rental of housing, which states or indicates any31.10(5) – 31.20(2) preference or discrimination in connection with housing;(5) for a person in the business of insuring others against hazards, to refuse to enter into, or to exact different terms, conditions or privileges with respect to a contract for insurance against hazards to a dwelling;(6) by refusing to renew a lease, causing the eviction of a tenant from rental housing or engaging in the harassment of a tenant; or(7) by deliberately and willfully submitting, filing, issuing, publishing, requiring the use of or otherwise utilizing any document evidencing a transfer of real estate interests which contains a provision, covenant or restriction that discri- minates.[History: (2) and (4) am., OA 12, 2001-02, pub. 11/21/01;(7) am., Sub. 4 to OA 22, 2008-09, pub. 09/18/09.] 31.11 EXCEPTIONS. (1) Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit discrimination:

Examples of Student status in a sentence

  • Student status is fixed as of the first day of the third week of classes.

  • Student status continues after graduation and between school years unless the person enrolls at a different school district.

  • A designated period of time during which privileges of continuing in Student status are conditioned upon future behavior.

  • Suspension with Conditions: Student status at the University may be terminated for at least the period of time specified by the suspension, with the suspension to continue until certain conditions, stipulated by the officer or panel applying this penalty, have been fulfilled.

  • Permanent status means the state or condition achieved by an employee in the classified service who has successfully completed an initial probationary period or a probationary period required following reinstatement, or whose probationary period is waived through specific statutory direction.

  • Outpatient status means, with respect to a covered servicemember who is a current member of the Armed Forces, the status of a member of the Armed Forces assigned to:

  • Dependent student means one who is listed as a dependent on the federal or state income tax return

  • Independent student means one whose parents have surrendered the right to his care, custody and

  • REIT Status means, with respect to any Person, (a) the qualification of such Person as a real estate investment trust under the provisions of Sections 856 et seq. of the Code and (b) the applicability to such Person and its shareholders of the method of taxation provided for in Sections 857 et seq. of the Code.

  • Retained Mortgage Loan File A file for each Mortgage Loan maintained by the Servicer prior to any Document Transfer Date and by the Custodian after any Document Transfer Date that contains the documents specified in Section 2.01(b) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and any additional documents required to be added to the Retained Mortgage Loan File pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Nonresident student means every nonresident person who is enrolled as a full-time student in an

  • Student Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a student that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the student through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the student by a teacher or other LEA employee. For the purposes of this Agreement, Student Records shall be the same as Educational Records, and Covered Information, all of which are deemed Student Data for the purposes of this Agreement.   • Purchased Mortgage Loans means the collective reference to Mortgage Loans together with the Repurchase Assets related to such Mortgage Loans transferred by Seller to Buyer in a Transaction hereunder, listed on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule attached to the related Transaction Request, which such Mortgage Loans the Custodian has been instructed to hold pursuant to the Custodial Agreement.

  • Dependant student means a dependant person who is 21 years or over and:

  • Retained Mortgage File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the file consisting of the Mortgage Loan Documents listed as items 6 through 12 of Exhibit C attached hereto. Securities Act: The Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

  • Investment Start Date : means 19 November 2021 or if such day is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the following day which is a Scheduled Trading Day.

  • Countrywide Servicing Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, a Texas limited partnership and its successors and assigns.

  • Nursing home administrator or "administrator" means any individual who is charged with the general administration of a nursing home, whether or not such an individual has an ownership interest in such home and whether or not the functions and duties are shared with one or more other individuals.

  • Performing Serviced Mortgage Loan A Serviced Mortgage Loan that is not, and is not part of, a Specially Serviced Loan or REO Loan.

  • Health status-related factor means any of the following factors:

  • Master Servicer Termination Test With respect to any Distribution Date, the Master Servicer Termination Test will be failed if the Cumulative Loss Percentage exceeds 4.00%.

  • Subserviced Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that, at the time of reference thereto, is subject to a Subservicing Agreement.

  • Stage Payment Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 19.4; “Structures” means an elevated road or a flyover, as the case may be;

  • Defective Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan which is required to be repurchased pursuant to Section 2.02 or 2.03.

  • Student athlete means an individual who engages in, is eligible to engage in, or may be eligible in the future to engage in, any intercollegiate sport. If an individual is permanently ineligible to participate in a particular intercollegiate sport, the individual is not a student-athlete for purposes of that sport.
