Study Equipment definition

Study Equipment means the specific equipment necessary to conduct the Study as described in the Protocol.
Study Equipment means the specific equipment necessary and provided by the SPONSOR as detailed in SCHEDULE C to conduct the Study as described in the Protocol;

Examples of Study Equipment in a sentence

  • If Study Equipment shall be lent by the Sponsor to the Principal Investigator or ZOL, the Sponsor is responsible for the normal and general maintenance including but not limited to calibration.

  • The Sponsor and its Study Equipment shall comply with any and all policies of ZOL with respect to privacy, internal working and data protection.

  • If Study Equipment shall be lent by the Sponsor to the Principal Investigator, the Sponsor is responsible for the normal and general maintenance including but not limited to calibration.

  • The SPONSOR is responsible for the normal and general maintenance including but not limited to calibration (if applicable) of the Study Equipment it has lent to the INSTITUTION and the INVESTIGATOR.

  • If Study Equipment shall be lent by the Sponsor to the Chief Investigator, the Sponsor is responsible for the normal and general maintenance including but not limited to calibration.

  • The Study Equipment remains at all time the sole property of the SPONSOR.

  • The sponsor or PRA may provide the Institution with specific equipment that will be available to the Investigator for the duration of the Study, for the purpose of performing of the Study ("Equipment").\ Sponsor or its designee commits to deliver the Equipment in a state that allows for regular usage to the Institution free of charge, to install it and put it into operation.

  • The Parties do not intend any provision in this Agreement concerning insurance commitments or indemnification commitments (if any) to affect or be affected by any additional insurance or indemnification commitments that may be provided for in any separate contract, purchase order, terms and conditions document, or other agreement between the Parties related to the Study (including agreements related to the purchase, lease, or use of any Study Equipment).
