Study Work Plan definition

Study Work Plan means the extract of the plan provided by the Recipient in its Application attached at Appendix B (Study Work Plan); and WHS Law means all applicable Laws relating to work health and safety, including the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth), the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 (Cth) and any applicable Corresponding WHS Law.
Study Work Plan. A written plan of services for the Study/Schematic Design Phase. The Study Work Plan must be consistent with theGeneral Scope of Work” included in the Designer Selection Board advertisement for this Contract and meet the requirements of Section 4.5 (Preparation of Study Work Plan) of this Contract and the Designer Selection Board’s Project Criteria for the Project as advertised by the Designer Selection Board. In the case of any conflict between the terms of the Study Work Plan and the Designer Selection Board Project Criteria for the Project, the terms of the Approved Study Work Plan shall be controlling. Once Approved, the Study Work Plan shall be incorporated by reference into this Contract.

  • If such services are not included in the Approved Study Work Plan or Design Phase Scope of Services, as applicable, the Designer shall be reimbursed in accordance with Section 3.14.1 (Retention of Special Consultants), or if the services are performed by the Designer’s own employees, the Designer shall be compensated in accordance with Section 4.13 (Compensation for Study/Schematic Design Phase Additional Services) or Section 6.10 (Compensation for Design Phase Additional Services), as applicable.

  • The Awarding Authority shall have no obligation to Approve or pay the Designer for Deliverables prepared during the Study/Schematic Design Phase or the Design Phase other than in the order required by the Approved Study Work Plan or Design Phase Scope of Services, as applicable.

  • The Designer shall provide sufficient personnel to complete the services required by this Contract in a continuous and timely manner in accordance with the Approved Study Work Plan and, during the Design Phase, in accordance with the Approved Contract Schedule agreed upon in accordance with Section 6.4 (Design Development Phase Services).

  • This report must contain the results of work performed pursuant to the tasks in the Feasibility Study Work Plan referenced in Section 1 of this Contract.

  • Upon execution of this Contract, the Designer, working with the Study Manager, shall revise the draft Study Work Plan previously provided by the Awarding Authority and shall submit a proposed Study Work Plan to the Awarding Authority for Approval within two (2) weeks of the date of the execution of this Contract.

  • Grant funds may be used only for such eligible Feasibility Study costs as defined in the Feasibility Study Work Plan, any revisions thereof, and Article A-1 of the Grant Contract Standard Conditions.

  • The Local Public Entity agrees to use the grant funds to complete a Feasibility Study in accordance with the Feasibility Study Work Plan, budget and schedule, copies of which are attached hereto as Exhibit C, and incorporated by reference, as it may be revised from time to time with the mutual consent of the parties.

  • Pilot Study Work Plan When seeking approval before implementation of a Pilot Study pursuant to Rule 62-780.700(2), F.A.C. Within 60 days of receipt.

  • During the Study/Schematic Design Phase, the Designer shall perform its duties in accordance with all applicable Laws, the provisions of this Contract and the Approved Study Work Plan, which shall be incorporated herein by reference upon its Approval.

Related to Study Work Plan

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Development Work means the conduct of preclinical and clinical trials, the compilation of the regulatory dossier concerning Licensed Products and the conduct of other work necessary or useful for obtaining Regulatory Approval of Licensed Products.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Works means the external development works and internal development works on immovable property;

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means each annual work plan and budget (including related cash forecasts) for the implementation of the Project approved by the Association, referred to in Section I.D of Schedule 2 to this Agreement; and “Annual Work Plans and Budgets” means, collectively, all such plans and budgets.

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Annual Work Plan means each work plan approved by the Association under Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement for inclusion in the Project.

  • Feasibility Study means the evaluation and analysis of the potential of a project, which aims at supporting the process of decision-making by objectively and rationally uncovering its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, as well as identifying the resources required to carry it through and ultimately its prospects for success;

  • Phase I Study means a study in humans which provides for the first introduction into humans of a product, conducted in healthy volunteers or patients to obtain information on product safety, tolerability, pharmacological activity or pharmacokinetics, as more fully defined in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(a) (or the non-United States equivalent thereof).

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Scope of Works means the sections of the RFQ detailing the technical requirements of the work to be carried out as existing at the Date of Acceptance of the Quotation and any modification of such Works thereafter directed or the use of which has been permitted by the Superintendent for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Development Activities means those activities which have been approved for the Project as set out in the approved Plans and Specifications and, generally, activities that are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes and include the acquisition of property;

  • Study means the investigation to be conducted in accordance with the Protocol.
