Studying Country definition
Studying Country means a country where the Overseas Studying Institution is located and which is stated in the application form of this Policy or subsequent endorsement (if any). Theft means loss or damage to baggage or Personal Property caused by the taking of such baggage or Personal Property without the Insured’s consent, other than Robbery. Transfer means the least expensive means of scheduled Public Common Carrier transportation available and necessary to effect emergency medical evacuation or return of mortal remains or for the Insured.

It is a condition of this Policy that any change of location of the Overseas Studying Institution to a different Studying Country shall be reported to the Company as soon as possible.
