The current version of the Style Requirements is attached hereto as Exhibit D.
In the event of such a change, Licensee shall be permitted to deplete its existing inventory of printed marketing material complying with the immediately prior version of the Style Requirements for up to three (3) months following the effectiveness of such change.

All uses of the Licensed Marks by ICANN immediately prior to the Effective Date, and all uses substantially similar thereto, shall be deemed to comply with such Style Requirements.
