Sub-Advisory Fee definition

Sub-Advisory Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 5 of this Agreement.
Sub-Advisory Fee has the meaning set forth in the applicable Sub-Advisory Agreement for each Sub-Advisor.

Examples of Sub-Advisory Fee in a sentence

  • The Sub-Advisory Fee shall not be reduced to reflect expense reimbursements or fee waivers by the Advisor, if any, in effect from time to time.

  • For services provided under subparagraph (a) of paragraph 1 of this Agreement, the Advisor agrees to pay the Sub-Advisor a monthly Sub-Advisory Fee.

  • The Sub-Advisory Fee shall be equal to 110% of the Sub-Advisor's costs incurred in connection with rendering the services referred to in subparagraph (a) of paragraph 1 of this Agreement.

  • The Sub-Advisory Fee shall be equal to 110% of the Sub-Advisor’s costs incurred in connection with rendering the services referred to in subparagraph (a) of paragraph 1 of this Agreement.

  • For services provided under subparagraph (a) of paragraph 1 of this Agreement, the Sub-Advisor agrees to pay the Japan Sub-Advisor a monthly sub-advisory fee (the "Japan Sub-Advisory Fee").

Related to Sub-Advisory Fee

  • Advisory Fee shall have the meaning given to it in Section 2.2(f) hereof.

  • Advisory Fees means financial advisory fees, closing fees, transaction fees, monitoring fees, oversight fees and similar fees, expenses and indemnities payable by the Loan Parties pursuant to the Advisory Agreement, but in the case of any such fees not to exceed the amounts payable in respect thereof under the Advisory Agreement as in effect on the Closing Date.

  • Sub-Advisor shall include the Sub-Advisor and/or any of its affiliates and the directors, officers and employees of the Sub-Advisor and/or any of its affiliates.

  • Asset Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.03.

  • Independent Financial Advisor means an accounting, appraisal, investment banking firm or consultant to Persons engaged in Similar Businesses of nationally recognized standing that is, in the good faith judgment of the Issuer, qualified to perform the task for which it has been engaged.
