Sub-consultant definition

Sub-consultant means an entity to whom the Consultant intends to subcontract any part of the Services while the Consultant remains responsible to the Procuring Entity during the whole performance of the Contract.

Sub-consultant means any entity to which the Consultant subcontracts any part of the Services in accordance with the provisions of Clauses 3 and 4.

Sub-consultant means any person or entity to whom/which the Consultant subcontracts any part of the Services in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 50.

• The Judicial Council shall be entitled to remedy any “False Claims,” as defined in California Government Code section 12650 et seq., made to the Judicial Council by the Criteria Architect or any Sub-Consultant under the standards set forth in Government Code section 12650 et seq.

• Any Consultant or Sub-Consultant who submits a false claim shall be liable to the Judicial Council for three times the amount of damages that the Judicial Council sustains because of the false claim.
