Design Consultant definition

Design Consultant means Design Consultant or Design Consultant's authorized representative.
Design Consultant means the firm who prepared the Plans and Specifications and shall not mean the Project Manager.
Design Consultant means either the architectural/engineering firm under Contract to the GRDA or an engineer employed by GRDA who is responsible for the design and construction monitoring of the construction project.
