In the event that the Master Franchisee has entered into an agreement with a Sub-Franchisee otherwise than in accordance with sub-clause 3.1, the Master Franchisee shall, on receipt of the Franchisor's written request to so do, terminate the agreement with the Sub-Franchisee at its sole cost and expense.
