Sub-Groups definition

Sub-Groups means Occasional Teachers, on a school’s Priority or General List, who receive first priority call out for specific subjects according to their Profile.
Sub-Groups means consultative bodies in the form of permanent sub-working groups or temporary technical expert groups set up by and reporting to a Working Group for the purpose of examining specific questions within the mandate of the Working Group.
Sub-Groups means grouping of similar Substances, within the overall core data scope, that improve the cost effectiveness of dossier development and enable a more equitable distribution of costs amongst the Members.

  • The Contractor shall submit a complete MSRP List that includes all Commodities (i.e. Base Equipment; OEM Options, Parts, Accessories, and Implements; and Non-OEM Options, Parts, Accessories, and Implements) for each Manufacturer/ Brand Name and Sub-Group (or Group, for Groups that do not include Sub-Groups) for which the Contractor received an award; the Commodities listed on the MSRP must match the Commodities listed on the price sheet.

  • The Contractor shall include a cover page, which shall provide the applicable Group, Sub-Group (for Groups that include Sub-Groups), Manufacturer/Brand Name, and MSRP List date.

  • The price sheet shall be provided in Excel format and include a separate tab for each Sub-Group (or Group, for Groups that do not include Sub-Groups).

  • The Contractor shall submit a complete price sheet to include the following Commodities (i.e. Base Equipment and OEM Options, Parts, Accessories) for each Brand/Manufacturer and Sub- Group (or Group, for Groups that do not include Sub-Groups) for which the Contractor received an award; the Commodities listed on the price sheet must match the Commodities listed on the MSRP List.

  • Products added must be from a Brand/ Manufacturer Name for which the Contractor received an award and fall within the scope of a Sub-Group (or Group, for Groups that do not include Sub-Groups) for which the Contractor received an award.

  • Products added must be from a Manufacturer/Brand Name for which the Contractor received an award and fall within the scope of a Sub-Group (or Group, for Groups that do not include Sub-Groups) for which the Contractor received an award.

  • Group C and Sub-Groups C1 and C2 shipping charges shall be quoted to the Purchasing Entity prior to Order confirmation.

  • With the exception of Group C and Sub-Groups C1 and C2 Devices, all Products must be shipped F.O.B. destination, standard freight pre-paid by the Contractor, to the Purchasing Entity’s specified location, unless otherwise indicated in a Participating Addendum.

  • If any Device in Group C or Sub-Groups C1 and C2 are inoperable for two (2) Business Days, due to Device malfunction, as reasonably determined by Contractor, then Contractor shall provide access to an off-site manned production facility as an accommodation to the Purchasing Entity.
